Account Setup

Getting started with ValueSense is quick and straightforward. This guide covers everything you need to know about creating your account, signing in, and managing your access to the platform.

Creating Your ValueSense Account

Step 1: Start the Sign-Up Process

Click the "Start for free" button in the top navigation bar of the ValueSense homepage. This opens the account creation modal.

Step 2: Choose Your Sign-Up Method

ValueSense offers two convenient ways to create your account:

Option A: Continue with Google

  • Click "Continue with Google" for quick account creation
  • Uses your existing Google account for secure authentication
  • No need to remember additional passwords

Option B: Continue with Email

  • Click "Continue with e-mail" for traditional account creation
  • Complete the registration form with:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Password
  • Click "Sign up" to create your account

Signing In to Your Account

For Existing Users

If you already have a ValueSense account:

  1. Click "Start for free" from the homepage
  2. In the sign-up modal, click "Sign in" at the bottom
  3. Enter your Email address and Password
  4. Click "Sign in" to access your account

Password Security Features

  • Use the eye icon next to the password field to toggle password visibility
  • Ensures you can verify your password while maintaining security

Password Reset Process

If You Forgot Your Password

  1. From the sign-in modal, click "Forgot password?"
  2. You'll be redirected to the password reset page titled "Let's get you back in"
  3. Enter your Email address
  4. Click "Send Password Reset Link"
  5. Check your email for reset instructions
  6. Follow the link in your email to create a new password

Returning to Sign-In From the password reset page, you can click "Sign-in here" to return to the regular sign-in form if you remember your password.
